I burnt myself out on oatmeal last year. The time has come! I’m the type that can eat the same thing everyday for a long time but eventually I’ll burnt out. Maybe I’ll try and stay more balanced this time so I don’t burn out again. Oatmeal keeps me full longer, it’s comforting and a food drunk snack that’s not naughty 😂. Welcome back oatmeal, I’ve missed you.
