Breaking the Fast

I have been incorporating intermittent fasting in my life for months now and I love it.  This morning to break my fast I made some avocado toast!  Here’s my recipe:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 piece of rye bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • Kosher salt
  • Lemon
  • Avocado oil
  • Trader Joe’s habanero hot sauce

It was freaking good, filled me up and I don’t feel bloated. If you try this out please make sure to come back and leave a comment!
