I’m not where I wanna be yet but there has been some progress! I don’t know about you but sometimes I’m too hard on myself when I feel I haven’t seen fitness results. Today I realized my muffin top is almost gone ?. These last few months I have taken a different approach to my fitness lifestyle.
Special shout out to my amiga and other half of Team Awesome Samantha Grace, Holly, Nikki Roxx and Natalie Nightwolf for helping me maintain a healthier relationship with food and fitness.
