Lunch Time

Had an awesome workout session and naturally as soon as it was over I head over to the kitchen to cook something to eat!  I planned on making eggs and avocado toast but much to my surprise I was out of eggs ??‍♀️.  After poking around the fridge I ended up making this…

  • 2 slices of Rye Bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Garlic Powder
  • Jalapeño Olive Oil
  • Trader Joe’s habanero hot sauce
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • Spinach
  • Dash of Kosher salt
  • 1 peach
  • 1oz of cheese

It was soooooo good!  Now time to hit the showers…
