Sometimes I get such a sodium craving so I try and find a healthier version of what I desire. I’m pretty obsessed with cauliflower, it gives me my “fix” without all the carbs. You can either steam a head of cauliflower, throw it in a blender with some coconut milk, a little salt, pepper and garlic then blend it up or mash it yourself. If you don’t have the time or you feel too lazy you can always find mashed cauliflower in the frozen section of almost any grocery store.
