Time to Break the Fast!

What a weekend!  I definitely had too much fun food that resulted in gross water weight.  Now that the weekend’s over time to get back on track.  I need to go grocery shopping so I dig into the fridge to see what I could whip up to break my fast today!  Here’s what I came up with…

  • 2 slices of Rye Bread
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Trader Joes Habanero Hot Sauce
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Spinach
  • Tomato

It ended up tasting SO GOOD!  I made the same thing for Danielle.  Can’t wait for her to try it!  What’s your favorite breakfast food?  Comment below…
