Workout Blues

I hate that it takes me SO freakin’ long to get to my workout.  So annoying!  I kept putting it off then when I finally said I was gonna do it I just stood there ?.  I ended up having a convo with myself on why it’s important and beneficial to get it done.  I reminded myself of summer Los Lucha’s training.  It would be so hot, we only had fans going but we did it.  I miss that class.  I gained so much from it!  So much that I was able to use it as motivation to get on my damn treadmill.  Can you relate?  What tricks do you use to get yourself motivated to workout?  Comment below!  I LOVE interacting with all of you ???
